Jinja Jungle is six acres of riverside land, part garden, part woodland, part overgrown wilderness.
There are paths to follow and paths that disappear. A kitchen garden to poke around in. Places to read, nap, make a fire, watch birds, play games, drink something cold, or sit under a tree until you realise you've been there for two hours.
You don't need to do much. That's rather the point.

A converted shipping container, a canvas tent under the trees, or your own patch of the jungle.
A few short, practical notes for wandering the jungle — go wandering, the kitchen garden, making yourself at home, and what happens after dark.
Read the quick tips →Bring binoculars if you have them. Even if you don't know their names, there is plenty to watch.
See what's growing, pick some herbs and ask us what's ready.
Frisbee, badminton, slackline, cards, board games and whatever else happens to be lying around.
Take one from the library and find somewhere comfortable.
There are bikes for exploring beyond the Jungle too.
We have firepits, a sigiri and BBQ facilities. Ask and we'll help you get one going.
Come and get a little lost.
You can spend the whole day here.
Or use Jinja Jungle as your base and head off exploring Jinja, Bujagali and the countryside.
Either way, leave some time for doing absolutely nothing.
